They are a great way to curb your hunger and give you energy. If hiking isn't your forte don't worry they are a great snack fr anytime. Cranberries are a great way to snack healthy and not feel guilty. Dried cranberries have a lot of nutrients like vitamins A and C. They are also a good source for fiber. Aside from snacking add them to a salad with walnuts and mandarin oranges for a fantastic meal or side. |
